Helio Sunscreen Spary Directions for Use:

Apply before exposing your skin to direct sunlight. Spray onto your body areas and then gently massage until absorbed ensuring complete coverage of the exposed. For the face either Heliocare Gel SPF50 or Heliocare Cream SPF50 should be used. Water resistant reapply every 2-3 hours during periods of high sun exposure.
