DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order online, we know you want it delivered fast. That’s why we will despatch all orders placed before 2.30pm on the same day.

UK Delivery

ID Beauty offers FREE standard delivery on all orders over £30. Please allow 2-4 working days for this service.

If you want you order sooner we offer an Express Next Working Day Delivery Service at a flat rate of £5.95. (Please note a signature is required for this service).

EU Customers

£13.95 Delivery (3-6 Working Days)

Rest of World

£35.00 Delivery (5-8 Working Days)

Customs Duties

If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. ID Beauty has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from ID Beauty, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

RETURNS

What happens if I change my mind?

If for any reason you have changed your mind and would like to return unwanted products, you can do so within 14 days of the despatch date. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the product back. Rufunds will be minus our postal unless the item is faulty.

Whilst you are deciding whether to retain your purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods.

You must ensure that you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item/s you are unhappy with. Please email us at returns@idbeauty.co.uk with the following information;

If you want a refund or replacement
You will be emailed instructions on returning your item.

What should I do if I have received a faulty item?

If you have received items that are faulty, please email returns@idbeauty.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with the following information:

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the product and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card within 5 working days. Please note it may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account.
